    Pros

    Interesting work. If you love airports then consider a career here. You will get to travel if you have a confidant manner

    Cons

    Some managers were self centered and will all the work to themselves while their teams are swatting flies. Sometimes soul breaking

    Recognize the talent and cross utilize them

    Family oriented company. Caring Leadership. Opportunities to travel and experience highs and lows in the aviation world.

    Cons

    Run as a consultancy and not like a traditional business. Could be more geared towards mentoring young professionals.

    Pros

    Surrounded by amazingly smart people who enjoy helping each other. Rewards are given to high performers through opportunities, responsibility, and flexibility. Traveling around the world is perk for some.

    Demanding, deadline driven, long hours.

    Advice to Management

    Create more incentives to do a good job. Do more to inspire a healthy culture.

    Friendly work environment, family friendly management

    Cons

    Pay is not amazing. Lots of overtime in some departments.

    A great company is you are interested in master plans or environmental policy concerning commercial airports. Great opportunities to travel the world.

    Many clients have unrealistic expectations and consultants are expected to meet those expectations. If you enjoy an entrepreneurial atmosphere you will do well.
