    Pros

    Cons

Unorganized, Unprofessional Management - there's no accountability for management, just wrist slapping

    Advice to Management

Hold your leadership accountable for their actions and behaviors towards employees. Also, make expectations for your employees more structured so the workload is even - you have too many employees sitting around on your dime doing nothing because they don't have a real set of expectations.
