    Exposure to high fashion and some of the most known and prestigious brands in the world, nice working environment.
    nice colleagues

    lack of training
    long working hours
    relatively low pay
    no benefits

    spend more time on providing structured training to employees.

    Good environment and team engagement activities.Very enjoyable to work there. Challenging task and most of the ppl are motivated to work towards objectives.

    Messy management.... Lack of plans to bring up talents

    Company restructured, personal comes first then the business needs!

    Shuttle bus available, staff discount which is not really useful

    Cons

    Poor management, last minutes changes can always expected, heads are shoot the breeze without working out real things.

    Business is losing out, don't advise to work here.

    Pros

    A lot of staff sale,
    Silicone vally type open office culture.
    Very good sense of fashion experience you could get everyday.

    Cons

    Very sales driven business,
    Running agile development methodology with a lot of last minute requirements changes.
    Lack of documentation,
    Red neck software vender management.
    Poor annual leave package (11 days)
    No career path line up

    Advice to Management

    Add more technical documentation.
    Strengthen vender management by assigning such task to ppl with basic technical background.
    Invest more on training the in-house team instead of outsources every projects.

    No strict rule to follow(no need clock on, free to go lunch)
    Promotion is easy if your department head is supportive
    Lots of staff sale

    Salary is lower thank market benchmark (exectutive level)
    Limitied opportunity to promote
    Depends on person to work not logic
    Lack of planning
    Regular OT
