    I have been working at Language Services Associates

    Pros

    None I can think of. There are plethoras of interpretation/translation agencies mushroomong in the US, and it this particular professional area it's an employee's market...

    Cons

    One major downside is ridiculously low pay rate for an over-the-phone interpreters. I have contracts with six other agencies, and LSA is definitely offering the lowest per minute rate. We, interpreters are here for money, not the charitable assignments...

    Advice to Management

    You need to overhaul your pay rate system. You cannot pay the same rate for a seasoned and experienced OPI in a high demand language pair and an unexperienced novice.
