    Pros

    People have really rallied during these natural disasters. Working night and day because they want to not because they have to. Truly driven by the cause. Inspiring being around committed colleagues.

    Cons

    Make good on bonuses. It will pay dividends in employee loyalty and retention. Otherwise a very solid place.

    Advice to Management

    See above about the bonuses. Also would like more communication if possible.

    I have been working at LanguageLine Solutions full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    I just completed the recruiting and new hire orientation process for an interpreter position. The entire process from beginning to end was very smooth, organized and comprehensive. I was very impressed by the recruiter that I dealt with. He was very professional, personable and welcoming. The other support staff that I have communicated with either via phone or email has also been very helpful. Overall, my introduction into how LanguageLine Solutions does business has been a very positive one.

    Cons

    None at this time. Have not experienced anything negative.

    Advice to Management

    None at this time. Not enough time on the job.

    Today is my last day working with LLS.I wanted to publicly thank the Company for my awesome experience and for all they do to help people . Language Line is the best company that I worked for.Great colleagues,great trainers,managers and so on . Thank you Language Line for everything,keep up the great work you all do!

    Nothing bad about.You get to work from home and help people while doing your job!
