    Pros

LLS team will support you through the whole hiring process. It is a very rewarding job. Even though you have a set schedule there is the possibility of swapping hours with other coworkers. As an employee working from home you still feel very much supported by all the different tiers of LLS mgmt. They encourage you to be better at your job. So far it seems that what you will get from this job is directly related on how much you put into the job. The effort is equally proportional.

    Cons

Lengthy hiring process, it took about 2 month after they accepted my resume to receive a response. Overall, it took about 3-3 and half month for me to start working. Training could use some improvement, there is a lengthy self pace course and a shorter live instructor training. Since this job varies from day to day, I'd think that there should have been a stronger focus on the sessions with the live instructor.

    Advice to Management

Focus more on the training with instructors, longer and more detailed sessions. Keep up the supportive environment! it really does help especially after those lengthy and arduous calls that wee receive back-to-back.

    Pros

Pay is not great, but at least it's a living wage.

    Cons

I find LLS to be too strict in regard to their adherence policies. As a work from home, they should be more flexible and understanding to the needs of their employees.

I have been working at LanguageLine Solutions full-time

    Pros

The company offers health, dental and life insurance along with a company match (retirement). Work at home employment options (saves on clothes, food plus working from home allows for additional tax deductions-office space etc.). Flexible schedule. The company occasionally provides a yearly bonus to certain level employees. Paychecks are always received on time and never bounce.

    Cons

Heavy workload. Salary is not competitive. Whenever raises are given, the raises are extremely low, just a few cents on the dollar.

    Advice to Management

Raises should be consistent and more significant.
