    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

Working with the children is the best part of my job and seeing them grow and develop throughout the year.

    Cons

The fact that so many staff seem to spend more time gossiping than actually doing their job and too much negativity overall.

    Recommends

    Pros

strong teams, strong union, positive work environment, , fair contract and terms, new facilities, good network and technology available to teachers and students

    Cons

Student body is changing, becoming more challenging, parental support is dropping- more and more occurances of parents blaming staff, don't always recieve the support from the principal that you should.

    Advice to Management

Need to see the principal in a more active role with students and teachers, better communication from the principal, teachers should be encouraged to become more involved- not discouraged
