I have been working at Lantmännen full-time

    Pros

The food industry is more stable in recessions than other companies and is an industry that most people can relate to because we all eat.

    Cons

Inefficient IT infrastructure. Great deal of requests from corporate and micro management. Need to rely upon the talent, and there is considerable talent, in the business units.

I have been working at Lantmännen full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good culture with friendly colleagues. Love the possibility to work for a company who actually takes a higher responsibility then only looking at revenue. Lantmännen is truly including Sustainability as a foundation within the business and not only as an add on. Being a cooperative and owning the value chain from agriculture to food, to machinery and energy gives the group a unique position both in terms of business but also in offering employees god internal career paths.

    Cons

As all big international groups Lantmännen is of course struggling with some bureaucracy. Expanding both trough MNA and organic growth international work needs to be done to keep Lantmännen as “One Group”.
