Pros
Building long term high quality systems is changing my career. I feel lucky to be under the direction of this leadership team. I would not get this chance in a bigger company where I was just a number.
Cons
No picnic tables outside to eat lunch.

The people you work with.
Cons
No annual raises, 6-holidays per year, no vesting in 401k until you've worked 2 years in the company, and then, you only vest 20%, profit sharing is deposited into your 401k, which then goes back to the company if you leave before full vesting (5 years later).

Talent Acquisition Manager
At Lanvera, salary increases are based on merit and not the calendar. Also, per the company handbook all employees are 100% fully vest after only 5 years.
- Current Employee★★★★★
Pros
1. Transparency 2. Casual environment 3. A bold company vision on how they plan to invest, grow the business, and bring competitive service offerings to the marketplace 4. Significant investment in keeping the technology and systems up to date across all aspects of the company - printing, network, data centers, workstations/laptops, software, in-house software development 5. Strong leadership 6. Smart and hardworking coworkers who want to do the right thing to help the business grow and succeed. No slackers. 7. The interior design of the building is visually appealing and modern 8. They have a beer/ice-cream/water cart that rolls around every Friday which is a fun way to end the work week
Cons
1. For as much reinvestment into the company they continue to make, they oddly don't offer any filtered water in the break room. I thought that was a given in modern workplaces. 2. Building layout causes some people to not have any visibility to sunlight or windows from their desk
