Okay so I've managed at different strip clubs. And this is the worst ever. They do not know how to run that club. They are constantly hiring and firing employees for no major reasons. So many people have quit on the spot due to how they are treated. There is 3 or 4 main upper management that are like in high school. If your not part of their group than your an outcast, if they dont like you your fired. The pay is ridiculous, I've seen some employees constantly hit on the strippers. I've been approached by some saying they dont feel comfortable working on certain shifts due to who is managing. If any employee suggests something or say they should do this or that the main 4 people feel threatened and fire them and than use the idea for themselves.

12 hour shifts they will not send you home even if overstaffed or not busy. often too many cocktail waitresses on floor.

Fun place to work. As long as you do your job, you're fine. Great coworkers. They have a kitchen on the top floor & they cook really good food. Sindustry Sundays! The themes are always fun and some of the girls get super creative.
Cons
Uhhh... The boots can be uncomfortable. Haha! That's pretty much my only complaint.
