    if u belong to any core branch, and wanna learn something that is useful, it is the best place and company i think,
    the interview process will be difficult, but after joining u will get 100% satisfaction.

    Cons

    starting salaries are low, no limited working hours, heavy work, not suitable for 9-5 dreamers

    -Exposure to new Construction technologies
    -Interdisciplinary collaboration under a single roof
    -Opportunity to travel and work on Landmark Projects
    -Brand Value

    Cons

    -Excessive bureaucracy
    -Still living in the glory days of the past
    -Middle management rule like kings
    -Graduates from good colleges don't stick around. Company is mostly filled with diploma engineers.
    -Employee welfare has taken a major backseat
    -Boot licking culture has become the new mantra. It determines whether you work all day and are rated at the bottom of the food chain, or do nothing and sail through. Performance means squat.

    Advice to Management

    -Try to motivate the youngsters of the company. They are the ones who will inherit it.
    -Bring about a change in the middle management. Get seniors who have a sound technical background.
    -Challenge employees professionally as well as intellectually, to help them grow.
    -Try and reduce the rate of attrition.
    -Make the rating system transparent, ask for feedback. A team reflects upon the manager.
