    Pros

    Exposure to many things technical and managerial.
    You can take the lead if you are willing to use politics, some extra time and hard work.

    Cons

    Management is highly incompetent.
    HR and leadership not interested in paying to keep resources
    No concern for employees.
    Frequent shift of technologies.
    Focus is on firmware and hardware. Software is seen as a refuse.

    Advice to Management

    Open your eyes and pockets. Stop recruiting 6 freshers to replace 6 good years of experience.
    Let remove this old dabba peoples and place young an energetic people in place.in they can work effectively.

    Pros

    a) Very remote chances of getting sacked (Unless you have an attitude problem) - As its a Group of Non-performers.
    b) You will always have better prospects outside. In terms of salary & career.
    c) Seeing the management, you tend to become ambitious as most of us can do better than most of them

    Pros

    It is a steady government type job, so if you are satisfied with doing work for less pay and the bureaucratic nature of the company then are at the right place.

    Cons

    -low pay
    -no clarity on promotions
    -stagnation
    -ill treating human resource department
    -management not employee friendly
    -decisions taken at the top level are rarely communicated to the bottom

    Pros

    We get to work on Prestigious projects and very good clients. There are a lot of Intelligent people and even the new recruits show exemplery levels of knowledge.

    Cons

    Inappropriate Compensation for the kind of talent they hire. Career may stagnate if you are not in good terms with your boss.

    only salary comes on 28th of every month

    1 idiot managers
    2 only good for diploma holder
    3 no salary hike with post

    GIVE IMPORTANCE TO NEW IDEAS NOT OLD IDIOTS

    Advice to Management

    Please treat your employees as human beings not as south Indian, north Indian, Girl or boy. Train you HR department to understand the difficulties of your employees specially GETs since they are new to working environment so they should try to help them and understand their needs.

    Helps to develop leadership qualities

    Cons

    Cost Cutting is the main aim of firm , Working hours is 13 hours every day, Sunday is also counted in holiday if a person applies for a week off , Highly corrupted Managers, No social life . Good only for Diploma holders.

    Advice to Management

    Kindly change the Main motto of Earning Profit even at the cost of Employees .
