      Pay and benefits are ok

      Cons

      Human resources and management are incompetent and salaciously corrupt. There is nothing that isn't allowed except decency and professional behavior. A day care ran by two-year old's could manage a better operation. The capstone of Sands corp. is if you demonstrate honest and ethical behavior, you will be ostracized and punished severely. If you lack morals and are a rotten person, this place is for you.
