    Pros

    Working environment is world class. Benefits are number one in the market. Two free meals per day. Complimentary gym. Gives employees great sense of worth and perks. Despite size, everyone is a person and not a number.

    Cons

    Takes a while to feel comfortable navigating back of house. Strict standards regarding tardiness. Finding cons working at Las Vegas Sands would be being very nit-picky.

    Excellent pay and benefits. Highly recommend.

    Cons

    Corporate side is a bit challenging. The property side is better fit for technical candidates.

    Advice to Management

    Corporate department is not in touch with employees but property side is much better. Excellent pay and benefits and a high reommendation.

    It's in Las Vegas. Las Vegas is no place to live when raising a family.

    Pros

    The employee benefits programs the company offers are the best I have seen in the Hotel/Casino industry.

    Medical/Dental/Vision/Life are given to each employee free of charge, and cover your entire family. There are additional options for extended life insurances, disability, a matching 401k, and even stock options for some positions.

    This company treats their employees very well, and offers training, and tuition reimbursement.

    Cons

    As with every casino company there is a general lacking in days off and/or holidays in which you are automatically given. Being a 24/7 industry it can be hard sometimes to get the time off you would like with your family.Some of the salary ranges are not living up to the national averages, and could use a little "modernization".
