    I worked at Las Vegas Sands full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Benefits are great, aircraft fleet and facilities are amazing, high employee moral over all, a great experience to have worked for this company.

    Cons

    High stress environment, lots of nights on call and working overtime from home, customer requests can come at very short notice making the job very challenging.

    No holidays, 24 hour gaming so might have to work random hours

    Pros

    Las Vegas Sands, really has a great group of team members in majority of the departments. Las Vegas Sands provides some of the best benefits that the company offers 100% Free.

    Cons

    There is not equality across all shifts. Policies and SOPs are not always standard or upheld to the fullest extent.

    Advice to Management

    Outsourced management needs a lot more training and really getting to know all the officers and how the shift runs, before implementing serious changes.
