    Pretty solid pay

    LSI closed due to many issues but largely poor management at a senior management level and down

    Pay employees what they earned...

    Relaxed atmosphere, not micro managed. Nice people.

    I guess not knowing what really goes on behind the scenes.

    It's over and done...but the heartache lives on inside.........

    Pros

    The people I worked with truly felt like family.

    Cons

    Not sure where to start... laid off 3/1 without notice. Left hundreds without jobs with no severance. Incredibly unorganized. Still haven't even received an official termination letter 6 weeks after the lay off...

    Advice to Management

    Horrible horrible horrible. Upper management made poor financial decisions at the expense of losing the entire company.
