    I worked at LaserAway full-time

    Pros

great coworkers easy stress free environment lots of benefits flexible schedule if you need time off

    Cons

sale staff is very money hungry and some of them are willing to put your medical license at risk for the sake of closing their sale sale staff will also create an uncomfortable and often times hostile environment when they do not get their way, or if a patient wants to refund, or if a patient needs to be rescheduled very unethical when it comes to how they treat patients no room for growth mandatory to work weekends difficult to get someone to cover your shift

I worked at LaserAway full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Loved it!! The medical staff is amazing and go above and beyond for all their clients! Great atmosphere and the work is fun

    Cons

Sometimes it can be challenging combining medical with sales staff. Some sales staff can be pushy and try to convince the nurses to do unsafe or ineffective treatments

I worked at LaserAway part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Use to be great to work here!!! They had great incentives (free coolsculpting cycles, gift cards, etc)

    Cons

Poor scheduling, so many sales but no accommodation in hours for this influx of patient, not enough compensation for work as an RN, unpaid lunches as of 2018

I worked at LaserAway full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Staff is family. Everyone looks out for each other (mostly everyone) flexible schedule. Fun environment!

    Cons

Management is obsessed with sales. They are in the business of doing whatever necessary to get the sale, not caring about the actual customer. If you don't sell you don't get scheduled. And if you are working in the back office the chances of selling are very slim. You do not get to answer the phone until the 4th ring so that the front desk has first shot. There are no ethics when it comes to stealing sales. Very cut throat commission.

    I worked at LaserAway full-time

    Pros

Not many that many to mention.

    Cons

Schedule is erratic very hard to get set days and hours. Plan on working weekends, holidays and all different schedules. Expect calls on your days off from co workers looking for a sick day. It’s very difficult to have a normal life with this company. The company makes way too many promises and then no delivery. As an NP or RN anticipate disrespect if you turn a patient away or inform them they are not a candidate because the company pushes sales. Overall not a company that has your back!
