I worked at Lasership (More than a year)

    Pros

There are no words at all to describe them, because they are liars and thieves. They need to do better, pint period.

    Cons

There are so many things wrong that I don't even think they will fit on here. This place is the worse place I have ever worked

    Advice to Management

They need to treat their employees better, stop basing all their decisions on their emotions at the time, stop trying to have sex with the female employees, and stop befriend their subordinates

I worked at Lasership full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Decent Costumer Service in Office
The Most you Work the Most you win Money

    Cons

    No Re-payment for Parking
No Car or van from the company
    No a reliable Schedule
Not what they say that are going to pay you... ads and other places rate you at 50-50 commission from all the Package but if you have more of 4 package to the same area the rate for you drops to 35% or less before you start the rate drop to 45% for the use of Equipment so the ad say 50-50 after you agreed is 55-45 and also the package you delivery is 55%/65% - 35%/40% Lasership Never Lose... you Lose

    Advice to Management

if you guys rate the Payment to 50-50 accept the Full Cover Insurance from the IC and dont accept Liability Insurance

I have been working at Lasership full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Growing, Nice organization, Compromised with workers, good compensation plan.

    Cons

Low pay, I do all kind of stuff, from Warehouse work, to Answering calls, Dispatch, office assistance, huge problem solving stuff.

    Advice to Management

Invest a little bit more into the system, Eli app was a good start. Branches need more Quality assurance and driver trainer position doesn't exist and it should.

I worked at Lasership full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    I can't think of anything.

    Cons

    1. They had plastic office chairs (like picnic chairs)
    2. Their drivers did not care about the actual products
    3. Their dispatchers were under-educated bafoons
    4. The upper management were cruel and unaware of how to do anything
    5. There were theives everywhere
    6. Most people who worked there full time still had to be on government assistance

    Advice to Management

Your salary structure is where your issues are.
You pay your office help peanuts and then have high expectations. You somehow don't understand when you are paying your staff and not allowing them benefits that you won't attract the low of the low to work for you.
People are continuously stealing from you any chance they get.
