I have been working at Lash Group full-time

    Pros

Several opportunities to broaden knowledge of reimbursement due to the various specialties if you're interested in the field.

    Cons

The company is too large to fairly develop skills and strength of present talent. Promotions appear to be granted at the discretion of the manager.

    Advice to Management

Managers should receive training to explore, develop and, utilize talents instead of discouraging promotion and advancement of employees that think differently.

I worked at Lash Group full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    great benefits
    Senior management is very nice

    Cons

shady managers - they actively try to get you to quit so they don't have to fire you

If you are bilingual they will make sure you get all the bonuses and purposefully keep your other team members down, by picking bad cases to audit on purpose

pay is actually lower based on industry standards

    Advice to Management

Maybe try to embrace all the team members instead of only reaching out to the select few you who resemble you slightly...

And maybe don't penalize other team members for having ideas that you didn't think of yourself -- especially when they come from Doctors in the field.
