I have been working at Lash Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Salary for managers is competitive
    Free gym
    Newer facility
    Great benefits and PTO

    Cons

Not a lot of diversity in management(age, ethnicity, background)
Culture of the company could use some work
    Way too many rules
    Lack of development from leadership
    Unmanageable expectations

    Advice to Management

Spend more time with your direct reports. The client can wait sometimes. Managers sit in their office with the door closed all day. If that's what you're going to do, just work from home. As a manager, you're in the people business. If you can't relate and spend time with your people, you're destined to fail. They expect things from you and you can't deliver with your door closed all day

    Pros

    Cons

Depending on what team you are a part of, it can all be a numbers game. Numbers can always be manipulated.

I worked at Lash Group full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Benefits, but like most places getting more expensive for less over time.

    Cons

In many areas your experience and ability to move up depend on who you know. It was truly amazing how some people were kept longer than they should have been while good workers were let go.

    Advice to Management

Pay attention to the talent you have. Coach up or out the employees that can't get things done. Stop letting the cliques rule, it should be based on work ethic and talent, not friendships.

    Pros

    Good Employer paid benefits.

    Cons

High employer demands on employees and upper management lacks the professionalism and work ethics. They expect more work from their employees with little pay. Call center environment. The job description for a Reimbursement is nothing more than a call center job with a high call volume.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees with the level of professionalism the company requires.

I worked at Lash Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The starting pay was good for an experienced medical biller with a 4-year college degree and military background.

    Cons

The overall job was okay but I had the worst 2 1/2 hour daily commute to work thru heavy traffic.

    Advice to Management

Management should make sure the necessary job training is provided to all new onboarding employees within the first 4-8 weeks on the job instead of waiting later and expecting KPI and quality to be met immediately.

I have been working at Lash Group full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The benefits are the best I have ever seen. There is literally nothing else that is good about this position.

    Cons

Management ask like they're in high school. No direction whatsoever. There is not a training department so everything is trial by fire. Major harassment by management and forget about ever going to HR with an grievances they are in managements back pocket. Once you're hired they are going to expect you to do more than what is in the job description. Please think twice before ever excepting an interview for a position with this company in danger danger.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your associates and try to take suggestions.
