I have been working at Lash Group full-time

    Pros

My boss is the best person I've ever worked for. I get to go to the gym during lunch because I don't have friends.

    Cons

Where do I even begin. This is my first job after graduating college, and I have never seen a more unprofessional work environment in my life. I am extremely motivated, and thought I was getting in with a good company that I could move up with, but I was WRONG. Most of the employees do not have a work ethic, they storm in to Lash Group every morning having loud conversations on their phones and wearing clothing that does NOT abide by the dress code. I come in every day (miserable) dressed by the dress code, and ready to work. The only thing that has kept me at this place for 7 months is my boss who is wonderful. Oh yeah, the place smells like fish sticks and the bathrooms at the end of the day look like a middle school locker room.

    Advice to Management

(This advice does not pertain to my boss and a few of the other managers that are wonderful) But, as far as the business structure goes, definitely start over from scratch. There are NO opportunities for growth unless you want to stay in a call center for the next 5 years. Start bringing in outside talent, and don't be afraid to fire people.

I have been working at Lash Group full-time

    Pros

Unlimited potential within different sub companies within ABSG

    Cons

The culture has changed. Flexibility and place for mothers do not exist. Recently seen some that have been with the company more than 12 years quit.

    Advice to Management

Go back to the roots. The original Lash that cared about their employees. The mergers have caused the company to lose focus on the patients and ultimately , the associates that service them. The company recently forced Tracy out. Valuable mistake.
