Nov 14, 2022 - Telehealth Nurse Navigator Remote

    Pros

Money was good, co-workers and most mangers are awesome

    Cons

This position has now been changed to a non clinical position, which means you will not be utilizingyour nursing license and pay has significantly decreased to $28-$33 an hour. The department is being eliminated by April of next year, but they are now hemorrhaging nurses and have now posted a telehealth position 1130 to 8pm EST to get them through until April.

    Pros

    - Remote Work - Allowed to make up to 3 hours weekly if needed

    Cons

    - Poor leadership/micromanaging environment; we're constantly told daily to work harder when we are already taking on the max workload. Management is constantly messaging you for things you already explained in your daily e-mails. - No onboarding training. You'll get to sit in with a few different people for maybe a week or two and then you're on your own. - Poor work-life/balance

    Pros

Pay. Lash pays their people exceptionally well.....there is a reason for this

    Cons

ZERO flexibility. No ability to leave even for a Dr. appt. PTO is denied ALL of the time, even for important events like weddings, etc, requested months in advance. They make it sound like you will get 4 weeks of vacay and two 2-hour flex options per month for appts, but then deny you anytime you ask. You will have no say in your job duties no matter what good ideas you have or how much your idea will save them time or money. You will always be treated as if you could do better, feedback comes in the form of negative penal ways and not in any way that supports learning and improvement. You are told you are offered a bonus but the ways in which you will "qualify" for your bonus are arbitrary and not written down anywhere. Good luck advancing in the company.....

    Pros

You can have a good team

    Cons

Upper leadership making decisions does not understand operations. If you are there for a long time 3% salary ranges do not help anyone and they encourage you to make people into the does not meets category so they can make budget. I was told multiple times by HR to make sure that none of my managers could be does not meets bc there were too many in the meets category. They don't want to invest in technology and now don't have enough people managers. Fun times.

    Advancement for Suck-ups ONLY!

    Oct 23, 2022 - Remote Nurse
    Recommend
    CEO Approval
    Business Outlook

    Pros

Pay is good dependent on state you reside in and made some good friends, remote!

    Cons

Where to start...Prior to it's rapid growth for the specific drug I worked on (there are many different programs with different drugs @ Lash you can work for) it was a UNICORN job, but then, rapid growth with numerous indications occurred and that was the end of it! Then came micromanaging due to employees trying to escape the system. They made work-arounds to try to attain metrics in order to get a bonus every quarter. This started a downward spiral and the micromanaging began. Let's talk about trying to strive for personal growth, well, there is NONE here! They only promote from within if you suck-up or know the managers! No degree above an Associates was needed for management. (I never really understood this one). But yet, they "managed" employees. Hard to get PTO due to a call-center environment, and shifts really stink! Program open till 8pm EST and if you are on that shift now, you may not move up in time. Changes were made to the program for the worse, went from clinical setting to a business mode, and the over 250 employees have no idea what direction the program will be going in and/or if they will be laid off!! Management meetings do not allow any employee to ask questions, it is run as a dictatorship! The management state they are "transparent" with each team, but that is just false! I honestly would pass on looking at this company for a job if I were you!
