The center front line employees are great, tMany of them work well as a team. The company has excellent competetive benefits however, they may change every year, this creates a problem for pre existing conditions.
Very very long working hours, without mandatory minuim breaks. Senior management plays favoriates. Very difficult commission structure; some centers go months without bonus and salaries are offered with the expectation of monthly bonuses

You should be voted out, let the joffee back in the leadership positions
