    Pros

    Compared to other Big Law firms, it is a slightly more relaxed place to practice with a bit of a better lifestyle. The people are generally nice. The pay is great.

    Cons

    Long hours. Expectation is that you will always on call. Some partners are rude and unappreciative.

    Actually wants people to be collegial and like their colleagues; work hard and play hard

    Cons

    Cons are only the cons consistent with any big law firm, demanding clients, billable hours and motivated competitive coworkers in pyramid structure
