Good pay. There are tons of opportunities to get overtime and work is stable.
Cons
Minimal training and workers in the warehouse are unsafe. Managers do not set clear expectations or goals and will bully you to get work done. They will not set you up for success and do not reward a good work ethic.

The salaries for management are competitive and the Ohio branch team were great to work with.
Cons
The corporate office is in California and the whole company runs off California employment law, which differs extremely from Ohio. The hourly pay is not competitive and hourly employees are not treated fairly.
