    Pros

    + Work is challenging but interesting; never a dull moment.
    + Everyone I worked with was happy to help me when I had questions.
    + Work culture is flexible and understanding.
    + I felt the continuous improvement projects I did were appreciated and utilized immediately.
    + Continuous learning is encouraged (Lynda.com).

    Cons

    - "Run fast" mantra doesn't always work out, especially when deadlines are around the corner.
    - Hands-on training distribution and dissemination could be improved. Training via emails and PowerPoints is only so effective.
    - Lots of work at times makes it difficult to take advantage of continuous learning initiatives.

    Pros

    A lot of event held by HR team. Don't need to work too hard so can take more time with family.

    Cons

    Some management team members are not very friendly. Not that "leading" as least for technology.

    Pros

    Little to no work pressure.

    Cons

    12 year or older technology. You’re not going to learn anything to advance your career here. This company died along time ago and now is an empty shell.

    Stop playing favorites. Push people to accomplish something.

    Very friendly environment. Help is often there when you need it.

    Cons

    Management can be pushy at times and cause lots of pressure. Work/life balance is sometimes tough since some folks have to stay overtime to work with overseas team members.

    Still has good people left. Engineering career possibilities may still be very good. Salaries for all functions seem very good, which of course may result in......

    My mother tried to impart on me, 'If you have nothing good to say, do not say it.' Draw your own conclusions.

    Hire the Silicon Image ELT as consultants in selling what is left of Lattice.

    Great people. Lot's of bonding events and meaningful work. This company will pay for your grad school after 2 years of work.

    No catering. A lot of traffic around the area.
