Pros
Lauth Investigations is a company with a heart for both its clients and employees. Management is flexible and approaches their employees with a "family first" attitude that understands and appreciates the importance of a work-life balance. The pay is decent and hours are flexible when needed. My coworkers make my day brighter and I have not once dreaded going to work.
Cons
No Cons. I didn't have any issues here. The work I do is challenging and I have full support from my colleagues.

Pros
Awesome place to work if you are looking to start a career in law enforcement or investigations. Lauth Investigations is very organized and you will have the nicest co-workers. Management is wonderful and always tries their best to accommodate their employee’s needs. They treat their employees like family and this is a family that I am happy to be part of.

For the past year, I've been employed at Lauth Investigations International, and it is without a doubt the best job I've ever had. My group has been quite helpful. Everyone is courteous and compassionate, and the atmosphere is pleasant, as if you were working from home that's is it

Pros
Office environment is remote and excellent for those who need part time income and does not require permanent hours. As a Claim Researcher I am able to work remotely anywhere and still allow needed family time. Several opportunities to move within this fast growing company. The work is interesting and involves a vast amount of internet research with Genealogy. The staff are fun and manage the customer service end with adept insight in the industry. Be committed to work the phones and you will see success!
Cons
The Claim Researcher position is commission only based but after working as a contractor for a few months i was able to build a decent income stream. Working from home can have drawbacks but the main office does well with weekly meetings and education.

Pros
You are seen as a person, your time and talents are acknowledged and appreciated. You control how far you will go!! As a long time employee (hitting 4 years in a few months) I have seen growth and development on a major scale. There is no "glass ceiling" to cap your growth potential, you put in what you want to see returned. Be it as a team member in-house or a Claim Researcher working from home, the only limits you hit are those that you create.
Cons
A lot of work being done by a small team causes there never to be enough time in the day.

Pros
Lauth has a family atmosphere. They are extremely supportive and allow employees to work independently. Management is always available for questions and directions. This is the best job I have had in my 20 years working in corporate America.
