    Pros

Good place to start if you're fresh out of college and want the legal experience. Opens avenues to work in other larger legal firms once you've gained the experience. Lots to learn from many bright attorneys and other support staff.

    Cons

lack of upward mobility after first few years.

I worked at Law Office of Theodore N Cox full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

No Micromanagement here so you get some flexibility to manage your own work. Not much OT required here.

    Cons

Lack of management is also the con here. I do not see career development in this firm.

    Advice to Management

Do something to motivate employees to keep studying and working hard.
