    Pros

Great company culture. The people who work at The Law Office of Scott Warmuth are friendly and easy to work with. Very busy, with lots of clients. Office is financially stable and well established in the community.

    Cons

Underpays compared to similar law firms and does not provide good training. Tends to have strict requirements on lunch breaks, etc for staff.

    Advice to Management

Could use better employee training and more resources such as Westlaw, Lexis, and legal practice guides to improve quality of representation.
