    Pros

    Fun atmosphere. Easy work, and easy to get along with everyone. Supervisors are really nice and easy to deal with as long as you are doing your work

    Lots of labor intensive work in the kitchen

    Pros

    Working at Lawrence and Memorial Hospital was wonderful. Working with the Doctors,nurses,surgical tech's,central service tech's and sales rep's.Also being sure that all the surgical cases where perfect for the patients.

    Cons

    Management would be hard on their employers. Sometimes there was a lot of favoritism. Also trying to do your best and then being put down by your manager.

    Advice to Management

    Management should be more affectionate to all their employers. Need to stop the favoritism to certain employers.Also should be more considerate of all employers.

    The compensation was fair, the staff was great, and the supervisors were well selected.

    A lot of union bickering.

    Upper management needs to have a better handle on what is deemed "necessary."

    Pros

    working with pts and trying to make their experience better

    Cons

    Its all about the money, Pts lay on stretchers for hours in pain without being seen. Extrremely disturbing. Employees charge pts for their dinners and managers dont care. There is lateral violence, favoritism. Horrible place to work or be a pt at.

    Advice to Management

    Pay attention to your employees dont say we dont tolerate bullying or discrimination then turn a blind eye to it.
