I worked at Lawyers Title full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Great marketing team! Great relationship with other units in most locations!! Love my real estate agents!!

    Cons

Internal leadership lacking! There are agents (Real Estate) that no matter what you, it's never enough and management should back US up, not think only about the overall Real Estate Agencies!!

    Advice to Management

Remember the smaller people in our units... They need raises, not just sharing my commission! Be the company you say you are, remember our support staff honestly, not with "future promises" but "today" better pay structure!!
