Bad place to work (this company just changed its name) Research Layfield & Wallace
Mar 28, 2016 - Anonymous EmployeeRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
The coffee and the poor employee's working here Look most firms work you....get over it. Thats our field. But this place is a sweat shop...there are no pro's just con's.
Cons
Everything, look i quit not because i was weak, as phil would say it. But no one should ever deal with screaming and bullying. This guy is the worst lawyer i have ever met. A true bottom feeder. Fortunately while i was there phil thought i was best. I personally just shut my mouth and worked my cases till i went back to my old firm that paid me more.

Cons
All I can say is stay away!!! You will get disrespected, ridiculed, threatened, cursed at and taken advantage of. If there was a horror film for a job environment, this would be it.
