    free luch, free dinner, free snack, free purified drinking water, overtime with pay, double pay holidays, friendly environment

    Pros

    Very young and active working environment. Every one is young, friendly and energetic. There is no hierarchy in the company. Warm and welcome company.

    Cons

    The work force is kind of too young, lack of deep experience, turn over is high, lots of people move out in short period of time.

    Advice to Management

    Adding more structure and experience into the organization, give more opportunity for career growth and development.

    Very good career opportunity after Alibaba invested, lot's of changes happening, fast pace.
    Able to learn from super experienced ecommerce expert from Taobao

    Pros

    - Can work with the brightest minds not only in SEA, but also in China
    - Fast-paced, great for people who love challenges
    - Current management team possesses the "been there, done it* mindset. Most are successful and are good mentors
    - Fantastic leverage on the experience and expertise of Alibaba colleagues

    Cons

    - Very high turnover currently, as company is in transition and not everyone can keep up with the pace.
    - Unclear communication at times, as management team is still learning about SEA culture
    - Long working hours, due to the drive for success

    Advice to Management

    Continue to do what is right, the initial stage might be tough and face lots of rejection, but in the long term, the company will bear fruits to prove naysayers wrong.

    Pros

    - fast pace company, not boring
    - dynamic

    Cons

    - KPI driven
    - Work life balance does not exist
    - Insufficient coaching from superior
    - Inconsistent in management's decision
    - Salary and rank do not match: you can have people at different level but having about the same pay
    - You will not know how your performance is assessed and how increment is decided

    Advice to Management

    Management should not behave like they're still running a start-up. A lot of things are not announced/communicated through proper channel.

    1. Standard Salary
    2. Multicultural working environment
    3. The chance to learn new technology related to e-commerce

    Cons

    1. As a startup company still doesn't have a firm work culture
    2. Top management comes from MBA fresh graduates, doesn't have good leadership and mature management. They are grumpy and bad-tempered.
    3. No work/life balance
    4. Use low fare airlines in a trip and bad accommodation

    Advice to Management

    1. Hire more mature and experience top management.
    2. Create a good work culture and clear vision and mission
