    Pros

    - very young Front Office team and close-knit atmosphere with co-workers meeting up after work - support from management in guest complaints - clear briefings before the shift - many responsabilities and freedom given

    Cons

    - no training week so tasks had to be learned whenever there was an employee who had time to teach me

    Advice to Management

More intense training at the beginning
