    Neutral Outlook

I worked at Lea Regional Hospital (More than a year)

    Pros

A lot of room for learning & improvement as an individual

    Cons

You have a 2 year commitment that you have to pay back if you decide not to finish it, in spite of the lack of training.

    Advice to Management

Be more honest and follow-through with promises such as proper training. More performance appraisals and recognition. Employees can be shown more appreciation by incentives and pay raise.
