no time cards needed so you can leave early

    Cons

    Management is close to none
Politics seem to be driving decisions in the office

there is nothing constructive in superiors' criticism

    Advice to Management

If management was replaced with a group that is more experienced and willing to train and not micro manage, I think this place can actually be worth something.

    Pros

Relaxed and kick back environment, no dress code, decent benefits and PTO

    Cons

no upper management support, lack of industry leaders and knowledge to make the organization successful. over paid upper management people don't know what they are doing. inadequate comp plan, no raises, no reviews, no direction. this place slows people down. if you are looking for a place to learn and advance, this is definitely not the place to be.

    Advice to Management

Hire people from the industry that know what they are doing, lead the company rather than slow it down. Get to know your employees and learn from them to become a better leader.

    Pros

Kitchen usually always stocked. Can save money from eating in instead of buying lunch.
Keep up to date with 3rd party online advertising.

    Cons

    No support from senior managment.
Startup acquired by big corporation, except the big corporation did not understand the business practices of the industry, so they were ineffective in employee retention.

    Advice to Management

Offer more effective medium for comments and suggestions on satisfaction of work environment. Have a better defined system for deciding who is paid salary vs hourly if the job title is the same.
