    I love the different opportunities to work with different children from all walks of life.

    There is not the best communication here and people seem to be cut throat.

    Staff should be divirse and adults not staff who don't care only about a pay check also staff who can understand the job.

    Some coworkers are supportive
    Pay is better than some schools

    Cons

    Administration is not supportive
    Pay doesn't equate the stress
    Competitive environment/unprofessional environment

    Advice to Management

    Be supportive of your employees who deal with enough stress without unnecessary stress from you. Stop showing favoritism and treat all employees equally and fairly.

    Great staff, always helpful. Tuition reimbursment. Excellent facilities.

    Students are tough, but with their unfortunate backgrounds and circumstances it is expected.

    The pay rate depending on position is pretty good. Your coworkers help you make it day by day.

    Cons

    No support or backing when something happens to you on the job.

    Your workers are people to. You cant just walk all over them and want people to be happy at work everyday.

    I have been working at Leake and Watts part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    -Rewarding position(s) at this agency, in regards to helping youth grow.
    -Ability to speak freely when working as a team to help you grow.

    Cons

    Im not too sure for external candidates but, its hard for me to get a different position as an internal candidate. The Talent and Acquisitions employee does not answer emails or return phone calls and I am not the only person.
