    I have been working at Leander ISD full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

    I have worked in Leander ISD for over 10 years and each school I have worked at has always had my back. The principals have been all about their staff and getting them whatever they need to be successful.

    Cons

    As a teacher, you work lots of extra hours, but I assume that would be the case wherever you work.
