I worked at Leapers full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

It's a good place to work two to three years due to its cross functional, multi-tasking style. You will learn couple skills instead of one specific filed. However, do not work at there too long since there is no personal or family life.

    Cons

    1. Without flexible working hours, few vacation hours.
    2. Pay level is low compare to this area.
    3. Work loading is heavy.

    Advice to Management

    1. Flexible working hours.
    2. Raise the pay level as close to this area.
