    Pros

    Opportunity for growth. Ability to take on new challenges and constant self-education. Ability to make quick changes and your input is appreciated.

    Cons

    Very high company turnover. Poor benefits package and PTO / vacation days. Lots of negative press. More training for salespeople.

    Advice to Management

    Spend more money on marketing and promotion for the site. Have a better refund / final contract policy. Better HR services.

    Pros

    Enjoyed a couple sales spiffs.

    Cons

    Too free-wheeling. Not customer-centric. Drive sales at all costs.

    Advice to Management

    Place your customers' interests at the center of your business and run future organizations with a higher level of integrity
