I have been working at Leapforce full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

You set your own hours, the job is fun and you learn a lot! Great company!

    Cons

You have to pay your own taxes because you are an independent contractor not an employee. This isn't for everyone, those complaining likely don't understand the job! I have been with Leapforce almost 7 years and I have loved every minute! It's no where near a scam!

I have been working at Leapforce part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Leapforce has been a godsend for me, as my current job is for my local school district, we are off during the summer, so Leapforce has helped to bridge that pay gap, I looked and looked for something that I could do with two young kids at home, aka noisy interrupters, and nothing would come up except for phone jobs, which are a no-go with kids, so when Leapforce contacted me, I was a little skeptical at first, but it has turned out to be an amazing and well-paying job for me, I would highly recommend it!

    Cons

I wish that the process to qualify for different projects would not take as long, and that I would be able to work a few different ones at the same time.
Other than that I love the flexibility it allows while being at home with my kids!

    Advice to Management

I love the opportunity that this affords me, while also making ends meet for me, it has really been a godsend!

I have been working at Leapforce full-time

    Pros

They are very flexible and very understanding when issues arise. I went to the beach last month, and my WiFi didn't work. They were very accommodating and didn't penalize me for missing a few days. They are always courteous and provide lots of training resources.

    Cons

None that I can think of

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work!

I have been working at Leapforce as a contractor (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Flexible schedule, supportive work community (the other raters), consistent pay, did I say flexible schedule? That is the biggest pro in my opinion. Comprehensive training material. You work whenever you want, low minimum required hours if that's what you need. No formal education required - anyone can do this work if they study and take the work seriously.

    Cons

The work is monotonous at times, monthly reviews are necessary, but stressful, anonymity of administrators.

    Advice to Management

Find a way to reduce the anonymity of administrators if you can.

I have been working at Leapforce as a contractor (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Legitimate work-at-home business, no set schedule, tasks can be entertaining at times, occasional added incentive plans, decent pay with potential for a higher pay grade

    Cons

Lots of memorization, tasks can be difficult or mundane at times, occasional shortages of work to be done, up for contract renewal every six months

    Advice to Management

Don't have much to say. It's the nature of this job to work unsupervised. There are weekly optional chat sessions with management to help clarify any unclear work issues.
