I have been working at Leapforce as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

You can choose how many hours you want to work, and work whenever you have the time. I have older kids who don't need me all the time anymore, but I still want to be available when they do need me. This job is perfect because of the flexible hours. The work is mostly enjoyable also. Pay is comparable to an office job of the same type.

    Cons

Unpaid training, and it's sometimes hard to interpret the guidelines, resulting in poor work quality reviews. You are technically self-employed, so company pays no benefits. No real advancement.

    Pros

Make your own schedule, work from the comfort of your own home, ability to balance work and family life. Staff is very understanding but have to comply with the clients requests.

    Cons

If you do not stay up to date on guidelines and information you need to know, it is very easy to lose your contract. My advice would be always study if you get the chance to contract with this company. They give you plenty of opportunity to become the best that you can, but they do require quality work.

    Advice to Management

You all are doing a wonderful job!! No Advice needed.

I have been working at Leapforce as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

I love being able to work as much or as little as I like and on my schedule. They pay fairly and on time.

    Cons

There is a fairly intensive, unpaid training and testing process. I wouldn't rely on this for a full-time income as sometimes work runs out.

    Advice to Management

I think it works well as is. Most people I know who work here are happy and feel they are paid fairly.
