I have been working at Leapforce full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

In the 2 years I have been with Leapforce not once have I been cheated or mislead. Set your own hours. A good support community. Can move the job with you ( in states they hire in). No minimum hours required. Great hourly pay.

    Cons

Once a month payments. Harder than what might be anticipated. Lots of changes to keep up with.

    Advice to Management

Bi-weekly pay needs to be put in place.

I worked at Leapforce part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

a good wage and the the freedom to set your own hours is outstanding. the most important thing for me was being able to work from home. the subject matter was interesting, too.

    Cons

sometimes there was no work available and there was not much contact with the company. some people wold find the too repetitive but I did not. overall, it is a good job.

    Advice to Management

more contact with employees and I can't believe there isn't enough work to keep everyone busy.

    Pros

Make you own schedule, autonomy, plenty of community support. Come and go as you please, just put the time in.

    Cons

As long as you are getting good monthly reviews, work is there. Some slow periods but overall very good.

There is some unpaid training, typical for a contract job. Read the guidelines and know the changes

    Advice to Management

Continue the communication. It has only been better since I started. Other projects would be nice too!

    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

Work at home, set your own hours

    Cons

Sometimes not enough work available. Billing constantly changing your invoices and paying you less than you worked. Reviews very inconsistent. Once you get a bad review your hours are limited.

    Advice to Management

Be consistent with the reviews. The mobile phone rating sites were very difficult to complete in the time allotted with the thoroughness expected. Change website so pay reflects actual work completed.

    Pros

Working at home is good for those that don't like interacting with people or want to avoid a commute.

    Cons

Hours change from month to month, so consider this extra income. Sometimes what we're told doesn't match up with reviews.

    Advice to Management

    More consistency, less confusion.

I have been working at Leapforce (More than a year)

    Pros

Self-regulated; work is reviewed consistently; work as little or as much as you like.

    Cons

Sometimes work isn't available at the exact time you wish to work, so it does require some flexibility if you plan to work full-time.

    Pros

I worked my own hours, and did the jobs I wanted.

    Cons

Sometimes there weren't any jobs when i needed to work. And the pay was once a month which was really hard - had to go 30 days without pay! The training sucked and if you didn't do it the way they wanted to, after a month, they fired you - or rather, dropped your contract.
