    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Lear Engineering full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Lear provides a very lean and flat hirarchial structure, what provided big advandages in finding and taking decissions as well it is cheaper what provides a competitive advantage. The organisational setup is still customer oriantated, what also is a major benefit versus other seating competitors.

    Cons

Lear HR and worker councils are very strict to rules, regardless if a containment would help the project or not.

    Advice to Management

stick to the old behaviour on giving the responsibility for labor and hiring to the Customer Business Leaders. New and additional projects need additional team members.
