I worked at Learning Care Group for more than 5 years

    Pros

Teachers are great! I loved the amount of classrooms for smaller class sizes.

    Cons

Management is always the problem at any childcare I have worked for. Lack of communication between office and classrooms. Refuse to work around school schedules, they like to tell parents the opposite of what actually goes on in the school

    Advice to Management

Let you teachers do their job. Be more accommodating for those trying to get a degree, and especially to those trying to get it in Child Development. Stop pushing other kids into classrooms before they are ready and at the end of day stop combing classrooms to cut hours. That's why accidents happen.
