I have been working at Learning Care Group full-time (More than 3 years)
working with children, competitive salary, paid time off (if you get to use it)
No support from upper management, peers have no team work, weekly conference calls are about the same stuff, benefits, hiring staff (very difficult), labor guidelines are impossible to meet and run your school effectively, company is about money instead of the children.
Advice to Management
Watch your DMs- instead of school level. There is lack of communication and support; this fix could really improve your schools and they way they run. Make your schools about the children/education (you have a great program) instead of all about budgets and making money.
