    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Lease Crutcher Lewis full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Autonomy. An ability to pursue and work on projects that you are passionate about. You are responsible for the scopes assigned to you and expected to fully deliver.

    Cons

Autonomy means that different managers in the company are performing tasks differently which leads to relearning processes based on your manager.
It can be challenging to get the support or mentoring if you are not aggressive in reaching out and pursuing it.

    Advice to Management

Standardize the easy processes so employees can focus their time on the value added work.
