I worked at LeasePlan full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

You get out what you put in. Development opportunities exist but they aren't handed to anyone on a plate.

    Cons

Change in shareholders mean more money focus than people focus which is always what made it so great.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the great work and focusing on the amazing staff you have there.

I worked at LeasePlan full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good pay, good health insurance, acceptable environment, nothing special really, if you make the right friends you will have proper company car.

    Cons

Directors team is a disaster, the hire and fire employees every day, IT infrastructure is decades outdated, no career plan for anybody.

    Advice to Management

Please listen to the low rank employees not just to managers that are "yes people "

I worked at LeasePlan full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Nice people, interesting work, nice offices, a 'team' feeling. Good training and development. Great place if you like cars.

    Cons

Based in Slough so commuting was a problem for me. Pay is average but the flexible benefits are good. I left as the team was being restructured and at the same time I was offered a job in London on more money- a mistake in hindsight.
