I have been working at LeasePlan full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great office, great colleagues, nice project. They are really developing cool digital products and make some nice disruption happen. They have an employee referral program. Free fruit and drinks are provided.

    Cons

The management has no clue what digital means, they have no vision on where they want to be, and there is no technical lead that listens to the technicians in the company. It’s all about showing off and throwing money to the problems.

    Advice to Management

Reconsider your technical leads. They don’t see the bigger picture of where the project should be. You are wasting a lot of money without the proper ROI.

I have been working at LeasePlan full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Open culture and takes good care of employees. Continuous efforts to develop the business and to reinvent the way products are offered to customers. The overall culture of the company is very positive and facilities the development of people by allowing for mistakes and challenging everyone.

    Cons

The recent changes in the stakeholders have not yet stable in the company. There is a lot changing and controls are not at their best. Staff feels lack of security that is a characteristic of the company.

I worked at LeasePlan full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Made some friends for life that’s about it and most of them have left too!

    Cons

Workload, pay, lack of respect for customers and colleagues, literally EVERYTHING!

    Advice to Management

Stop the favoritism and whispering about others in the break out areas. Treat your staff with respect and stop allowing management to act as though they are better than others (they’re really not it’s actually laughable), provide training to allow staff to actually know what they’re doing and stop upping the work load with BAD pay. You don’t care if you lose your staff you just replace them with 17 year old temps that you can pay minimum wage. You don’t care that some staff are CRYING because they are mentally and physically exhausted with the work load. You don’t have to listen to the customers very rightly complaining how shocking this company is. Oh and also get a HR team that actually know how to do their job. APPAULING COMPANY wish I left sooner to be honest! What a joke!
