I worked at Lebara full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    - Last 4 years with Lebara was awesome, tons of learning. Felt really sad when leaving.
    - Entrepreneurial culture where one can take risks- huge plus away from the monotony of daily work life.
    - Rewards performance handsomely both with higher position & monetary benefits.
    - Iconic founders, they are truly inspirational to work with- Leon, Rathhes & Karan are very down to earth & people's manager.

    Cons

    - Not really any however should do more town halls for that last mile connect which was missing in last 1 year.

    Advice to Management

    - People are the core strength of Lebara, please keep on inculcating talent by spending time on mentoring them.

I worked at Lebara (More than 5 years)

    Pros

I spent almost 6 very happy years at the organisation. I grew both personally and professionally with the organisation. I made good friends. I was the witness of and the contributor to the success of the company developing from the calling cards to the best pan-European MVNO.

    Cons

The management of the organisation does very good work keeping the company abreast of the ever competitive environment and does it in a socially responsible manner, which is not a con. In fact, I can hardly find cons. Being an entrepreneur myself, I know how hard it is to grow business from scratch. The story of Lebara Ltd. is exactly the vivid example of building the great company from ground zero.

    Advice to Management

Keep on doing the good work.

    Pros

Lot of support from team leaders and managers, they help you to grow and learn and you just want to improve

    Cons

Fast growing some times means loose the focus, decisions can't be taken overnight, changes of directions can't contribute always to get better

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing this
