I worked at Lee Kum Kee full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The work environment in City of Industry is not good especially for non Asians. The pay is the only good thing that comes to mind.

    Cons

The Culture seems very strange to most Americans and thus they have a very high turnover rate. Extreme top down micro management.

    Advice to Management

Extreme top down micromanagement may be preventing a few mistakes but it is also stiffening the company from going to the next level.

I have been working at Lee Kum Kee full-time

    Pros

The most effective way to turn your life up side down is to work for this company, for giving you emotional destress and physical pain. This is the Worst company to work with. They do have a big brand but it is from their ancestors. Now the company management has serious problems. I am sure they will not going for long given their company culture and people. They treat employees like garbage.

    Cons

NEVER do anything with this company. The top management forces people to lie with them. Even multiple HR directors have left in a row within a short period of time.

    - there are a lot of incompetent people that needs to be "cut", but no one does anything about it.
    - takes advantage of those who are undereducated
    - everyone is fake, including upper management from Asia.

    Pros

If the boss like you, you could play around..

    Cons

The president here is a stupid and selfish guy. He built a bad relationship with key customers, because he always lied to them. He did not understand the business and seemed focusing on the wrong place. His stupid thinking will impress you if you hear his speech the second time, because he always repeats the same sentences. He does not trust people, always let you show the pictures to indicate what you did, so people show him the faked pictures. Then he will be delighted.....

    Advice to Management

    Change the leadership team.
