I worked at Lee & Associates full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The brokers are among the most experienced in the industry, so working with them from either a research or brokerage perspective is very informative.

    Cons

With the high volume of the office and the personalities, it can be a bit chaotic. However, for someone who is drive, has good organizational skills and can thrive under pressure, it's a great place to shine.

    Advice to Management

With the chaoric nature of the business, set up a more formalized review structure from employees. Best case would be a panel of 5 principals that rotate in and out on a annual basis. They would oversee uniform review and retention practices.

I have been working at Lee & Associates full-time

    Pros

Consistent, decent paying job. Tasks are not too difficult to complete. Can be a fun work environment.

    Cons

No room for raises. Can be a fun work environment, but also can be terrible depending on who you are working with unfortunately.

    Advice to Management

Management should directly deal with issues with staff instead of beating around the bush. It makes the other staff feel miserable that nothing else is getting done.
