overall a really cool job, we work on alot of nice motorhomes. you meet great customers. these cutomers have money and we work for them, and they can get what they want.
For what we do the pay is poor, and the training is non existent. the service manager has no people skills, and condescends everyone under him. i cant figure the guy out. he is more worried about himself over his team
