I have been working at LeewayHertz full-time

    Pros

It is a really great place to work if you being involved in projects that not many people get chance to. Prior to LHT, I've worked at agencies and tech consultancies before, and the work I used to do seems trivial compared to technologies and projects I am currently working on. Our clients seem love us too, so that’s a win.

    Cons

Every startup has cons depending upon the field they are in, overall things are good here

    Advice to Management

Need more employee friendly rules & regulations.

Working here is amazing unless you don’t like working. The team is full of people who actually are passionate about their jobs.

Get to spend lot of time with people who have been working in the industry for 10+ years
    In house training for interns

Approaching senior management is just a walk away

Casual environment, you can even pull of jokes on seniors and you won’t be frowned upon as long as the joke is funny

Chance to work on international projects, projects involving latest tech

    Cons

Some policies need to be redone as the organization is growing.

    Pros

What as a fresh college pass-out do you look in your prospective employer? A work environment where you can explore the new technologies and learn new things every day by working on challenging tasks. If this is what your career aim then Leewayhertz is the place you should be looking at, to start your career. This is not a place if you are looking for 9-5 white collar job where you come, log in and day same type of work every day. Few of the Pros of working on Leewayhertz are:

    - You get to learn latest technologies.
    - Flexi timings. Some people come even at 1:00 PM and work till late night :(
    - Open culture.
    - No dress code. Some employees even used come in slippers to the office.

    Cons

    Like every good thing, there come some challenges, which some people can even all 'Cons';

    - Work, work and even work.. there are no benches in LeewayHertz.
    - Too many projects hence frequent shuffling of Team members which lead to pressure on the team.
    - You are in working mode for 24X7 which can affect your personal life in the initial stage.

    Advice to Management

You should have more employee friendly policies at par with other software companies in Gurgaon which includes number of leaves, medical and other HR benefits.

I worked at LeewayHertz full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Apart from nonprofessional culture in company there is nothing they can brag about. They may say it has good learning environment, but that is just a hoax.

    Cons

No body is there to mentor you. They don't trust you. For better appraisals CEO will ask you to sign agreement of one year. So they do not give appraisals but sign bonds. Incentive / Work load ratio is very bad. Average working hours comes out to be 12. No job satisfaction. No job security, they may fire you any day without notice, but If you decide to leave them, they will ask for money . They can't even retain a single employee. Most of the developers are trainee.

    Advice to Management

Start trusting employees. Consider them part and parcel of organization. They will take care of your clients themselves.
